Looks like you have blocked/disabled your location sharing.Inorder to find nearby results please allow location sharing. Follow the below steps to allow this:-
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More.
Go to Settings.
Click Privacy and security.
Go to Site Settings.
Click Location.
Under the list of "Not allowed to see your location",select the current site.
